Licensing Agreement
The License gives you the right to use Kit8 products («Items») in any project for yourself or a client, non-exclusive, worldwide. Except for reselling them in a product where the item represent the core value of distributed product.

What is End products?
An End Product (Websites, mobile apps, web apps, games, themes, illustrations, wireframes, presentations and videos) is a product you will create from the assets purchased at kit8.net.
Modify to your current task
You may modify downloaded Items, combine them with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
Choosing right licence
Usually Standard License covers most of users needs. Extended License can offer more options for large volume customers and organizations. If you are not quite sure which License suitable for you we'll be happy to help you.
Can I transfer the licenses?
You can use Kit8 products for your clients, but our Licenses do not allow for products to be transferred in whole to another party. That means you retain the right to use the content. If your client wants a new design or product using the content you licensed, the client would need to ask you to do the design, or license it independently.
Can I use Kit8 illustration as my company’s logo?
You may use an illustration as part of your logo if the illustration is modified and not the dominant element of the logo. But you must disclaim the asset if registering for Trademark protection, and you may not enforce any rights on the asset itself.
Web, app design usage
All our products can be used as part of mobile app or web design for yourself or for your clients custom work, throughout out the web.
Can I use a graphic in my product’s label or packaging?
Short answer is - yes. Packaging counts as an End Product. Your packaging or label must be significantly different than the original asset.
Don’ts
Kit8 License cannot be used for logos, trademarks, sensitive use, or reselling without added creative elements without a custom license.
Can I use free products for commercial projects?
Yes, you can.
General terms
Kit8 is not responsible for any unexpected outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources.
You cannot Re-distribute the Items as a stock image or it’s source files, regardless of any modifications, under any circumstances. In other words, you cannot replicate or make modifications to the item and sell it on any marketplaces as your own.
For personal/company graphics portfolio representing skills in speciphic area you are not required to attribute or link to kit8.net, in case the Kit8 product, regardless of how it modified, does not represent the core value or noticeable great impact of distributed End Product. However if you like our products we’d be thrilled to get credits to our company.
Prints
You can create an art print using downloaded item from our library with chosen Licenses apply based on your intended use. Your print design must be significantly different than the original Item. Creating Item require time, effort, and skill to produce and not derive its primary value from the Item itself. With all licenses, you can create unlimited non-commercial art prints.
